For nearly three decades, Brian Cooney has been providing innovative, outstanding results for his clients. 

Born in Oakland, Brian and his family moved to Castro Valley in 1976.  He is an alumnus of Our Lady of Grace School, Castro Valley High - Class of 84’, as well as Chabot College and California State University Hayward/East Bay.  

Brian’s clients benefit from his keen negotiating skills, counseling, and his passion for sharing his knowledge on all aspects of real estate.  This comes from handling hundreds of sales transactions as well as designing and developing his own custom homes and those of clients.  Brian has earned the prestigious Grand Masters Award from the Bay East Association of Realtors,  Top 100 Re/Max Agents - Western U.S., and numerous other sales achievement awards.

Prior to real estate, Brian worked at a law firm as a paralegal and was operations manager for an upstart software company in Berkeley.  These positions helped establish a detail-oriented focus perfectly suited for a career in real estate.  Today, Brian’s primary source of business is from past client referrals all over the Bay Area.  He specializes in residential properties in San Francisco, Oakland, Castro Valley, Pleasanton, and Danville.
