My name is Catharina Ritts. I was born in Sweden and came to the US 25 years ago to participate in the American Dream. I have lived in Lamorinda & Tri-Valley towns, and now Livermore - I am an expert in these areas. I am happily married, with two amazing sons who brighten my life every day.

One of the things you may learn about me: I am a "horse person." As a young woman in Sweden, I pushed myself in high school to keep my grades up, rode a bike mile to the ranch daily, and worked hard at three jobs so I could afford my love and passion for equestrian life. Still a horse-owner today, I continue to carry this tenacity & drive with me in Real Estate.

My Nordic -European background presents unique warmth of personality and attention to detail that most clients have never experienced in a Real Estate agent. I have been an entrepreneur and business owner here in the U.S. for years that have rewarded me with experience in sales & business development. My client-centric approach has helped me excel as a proven and natural closer - my clients always call back.
