Since 1986 Jeff Nesselroad has helped many families in the area find their homes. He moved to the Tri-Valley from Missouri with his family in 1967.
As a boy, Jeff worked on ranches, hunted, fished, and rode horses in the valley and surrounding hills. This background gave him a unique understanding of the original topography, soils, and hydrology of the area.
Valleys surrounding San Francisco Bay have the second most expansive soils in the United States. Though the appearance of the original land-form has been changed by grading; a knowledge of soils, topography, and hydrology has proved invaluable in Jeff's real estate practice.
Issues such as these play a big role in a home's structural longevity. Watching many of the properties in the area as they were being built has also provided Jeff with valuable knowledge of the original builder's reputations and development boundaries.
