I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2003, averaging 25 home sales yearly.

As a Realtor® with RE/MAX in Danville, my focus is to provide meaningful and exceptional service, deliver the highest level of professionalism and offer my expertise and experience to guide you through the real estate process.

I have comprehensive background regarding California Real Estate Disclosure Law and contract negotiations. My specialized area of expertise is Residential Home Sales, Detached and Attached homes; Relocation services; 1031 Exchanges; Trustee Sales, and Property Flipping.

My experience includes consulting, sales, and real estate marketing services; creating and developing a marketing and sales plan; complete real estate market and price analysis.

I have a strong understanding of general construction and technological web traffic. I am licensed with the California State Board of Real Estate, a member of the California and National Association of Realtors®. I have broad experience in Real Estate investing and portfolio development. My goal is to build a solid relationship as your trusted Real Estate advisor.

On a personal note, I have resided in Danville for over a decade and feel very fortunate to live in this wonderful community. I am a devoted husband, father, and provider for my family. I have 2 boys, my youngest attends Vista Grande Elementary, and my oldest, Los Cerros Middle School. We are parishioners of St. Isidore’s Catholic Church and attend Sunday services.

My boys are very active in sports and when my workday as a Real Estate Professional is over, you can easily find me at the baseball diamond, basketball court, or soccer field. I enjoy volunteering as a coach for both my boys when the opportunity permits, watching and attending professional sports, and browsing local car shows.
