About Lauri Braudrick

Hi, I’m Lauri Braudrick — a Bay Area Realtor with over 30 years of real estate experience and deep roots in the East Bay. I raised all three of my children in Livermore and spent 15 years there, so helping clients navigate the Bay Area market feels personal to me, not just professional.

 

Today, I proudly serve buyers and sellers throughout the East Bay, including Danville, Alamo, Walnut Creek, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Lafayette, and surrounding communities. I love helping people find not only the right home, but the lifestyle and community that truly fit them. Whether it’s walkable neighborhoods, top schools, commute convenience, or simply finding the right “feel,” I bring local insight that goes far beyond the MLS.

 

Clients know me for being hands-on, responsive, honest, and committed to making the process as smooth as possible. From preparing homes for market to negotiating contracts and guiding clients through inspections, disclosures, and escrow, I’m there every step of the way. I especially enjoy helping clients through life transitions — whether they’re buying their first home, upsizing, downsizing, or relocating within the Bay Area.

 

Before returning full-time to sales, I spent many years in real estate-related services, including loan signings and transaction support, giving me a strong understanding of contracts, timelines, and the details that matter most in a successful transaction.

 

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me exploring East Bay trails with my husband and our dog Kobe, spending time with our adult children and grandson, and enjoying the Northern California lifestyle I love helping my clients find.
