About Nicole Haggard

A little bit about me... What could be better than finding the perfect home for my clients and seeing their face the first time they see it? A few things, but not too many. Maybe, sending my clients who have listed their house return to find it looking like a model home after I have staged it? If I am not bumping along in an open air jeep in the Kalahari Desert taking photographs, there isn't too much I would rather be doing! I have been involved in some aspect of real estate for almost 30 years. I started by investing in properties and flipping house prior to HGTV. I was drawn to a career as a Realtor because I was not satisfied with the customer service I received from a variety. I decided to get my license in 2001 and have been through the highs and lows during the past 14 years. What I believe I do best, I really listen to my clients, establish their goals and make the entire process as easy as possible and even fun! Quickly some facts about me, I have lived in almost every city in the Bay Area so I am familiar with a wide variety of territory. I am married and have 3 adult children. My husband and I have lived in Cimarron Hills in Danville for the past 13 years. My two daughters live and work in San Francisco and my son is going to Cal Poly SLO. I retired from the Oakland Police Department as a Sergeant after 12 years where I developed skills that are invaluable in real estate such as dealing with difficult people, negotiating and security. I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and on the Associate Leadership Council. I teach real estate classes and mentor new agents. I am also an Accredited Staging Professional Realtor. I volunteered with the San Ramon Youth Football League as Director of Registration and the San Ramon High School Wolfpack. My charities include Danville Cares, and Red Day which every year identifies a local charity in need of our help. I look forward to finding all about how I can help you now!
