About Sonia Ledo

Sonia Ledo has 30 years combined experience in mortgage lending, new home construction, and real estate. Born and raised in San Francisco, then settling in Contra Costa County after college, Sonia spent the first part of her career as a top producing mortgage lender. She has also worked for a national home builder 10 years, where she gained valuable experience & training in all aspects of new home construction, and developed an eye for how to best prepare & stage a home to capture its best attributes with professional photography. Sonia works with buyers and sellers, and particularly enjoys working with first time buyers and veterans. She is known for making even the most complex transactions seamless for her clients, through her effective communication and negotiating skills. 

Sonia is active in her community, having served as the Treasurer for the Women's Council of Realtors Contra Costa Network, and having volunteered as team manager for Walnut Creek Challenger Baseball giving children with special needs (including her own) the opportunity to play ball. Having raised four boys during her career, Sonia understands the importance of balancing work & home life, and this has carried over into her genuine care in working with buyers and sellers during what can be a stressful time.
